Academic Position : Deputy Dean (Research and Industry Linkage)

Qualification and Granting Institution : Ph.D (Auckland University of Technology), Master of Public Relations(Curtin University of Technology), Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management (Syracuse University), Diploma in Business Studies (ITM).

Current Academic Responsibilities : Inculcate a research culture in the faculty by initiating/organizing research activities and striving to increase our MyRA(Malaysia Research Assesment). Create and manage linkages with industries and universities to enhance visibility/exposure to our staff and students, build collaborative activities and enhance relationships with relevant parties such our alumni, community and stakeholders. Encourage entrepreneurial activities among students and promote income generation for the faculty.

Research Interest and Projects (current) : Reputation and social media, Public relations, customer satisfaction survey. Current Projects : FRGS grant (Reputation and education industry), consultancy project with SAJ, Crisis communication focusing on flood disaster.
