PROGRAMME
Instructional Communication and Training Program is a pioneer program in Malaysia that focuses on the design and development of instruction and training for both the education and corporate sectors. This three-year undergraduate program, offered at UiTM Shah Alam, prepares students to become competent instructional designers and training instructors who apply knowledge, skills, and effective communication in solving real-world training and learning challenges.
The program emphasises professional values, social responsibility, leadership, teamwork, and cross-disciplinary communication, ensuring graduates are capable of engaging ethically with society and industry stakeholders. Technology-enhanced learning is embedded through webinars, digital portfolios, and multimedia projects.
Graduates are trained to be proactive, innovative, and adaptable lifelong learners, skilled in managing digital resources and information. Career opportunities include instructional designer, corporate trainer, learning and development officer, e-learning developer, training consultant, digital learning specialist, and communication executive across both public and private sectors.
