PROGRAMME
Communication Management and Policy programs can educate and prepare graduates to become professionals in the art and science of strategic communication and policy management to enable them to persuade stakeholders to take desired actions.
Communications management is the systematic planning, implementing, monitoring, and revision of all the channels of communication within an organization, and between organizations; it also includes the organization and dissemination of new communication directives connected with an organization, network, and knowledge management or communications technology. As, there will be a special emphasis on building communication competencies, teamwork, and negotiating skills, strategic management skills, as well as techniques of effective and efficient communication.
