PROGRAMME
The Faculty of Communication and Media Studies offers various courses aimed at helping its students develop their talents and extend their understanding of the processes and practices of various aspects of mass communication.
Students in this programme will undergo five semesters of studies in order to graduate with Diploma in Communication and Media. The faculty requires students to undertake three components of courses during the two years and half-duration programmes. These components are the requirements of university courses, faculty core courses and programme core courses.

OPPORTUNITIES

Graduates have the opportunity to work either in the public or the private sector. They will act as a supporting line to professional and specialist groups in the areas of Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Broadcasting, Publishing and other areas related to communication and the media.

Ilmu dan pengalaman yang diperoleh di terbukti sangat signifikan apabila saya melangkah ke alam pekerjaan. Bermula tahun 2021, saya berkhidmat sebagai wartawan penyiaran di Unit Berita TV Alhijrah , dan kini telah hampir lima tahun berada dalam industri. Asas yang dibina semasa di universiti membantu saya menyesuaikan diri dengan pantas dalam suasana kerja sebenar yang menuntut ketepatan, kepantasan, ketahanan mental serta keupayaan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
